Mr. Arnold received a Bachelor’s degree from Howard University, a Juris Doctorate from University of Connecticut and a Masters of Law from New York University. He retired as Deputy General Counsel for the New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions. He is a member of the National Multicultural Western Heritage Museum and Westerners International.
